This release is a documentation update only. There are no code changes or binary updates in this release — I am simply re-publishing the usage instructions to reflect changes in the environment caused by the recent Riot Vanguard update, which has made the user-level workflow more complicated.

- Version 15.21 remains usable and unchanged. You can find it here: 15.21
If Riot Vanguard modifies its verification mechanism again, this guide and the user-level injection method may become invalid, and the project may be discontinued as a result.
