What's new in 1.5

New, optional (Options)

• Child lock, for a TV children use. When it is on, the Options and Settings buttons are hidden, and Menu and Hold OK on a tile do nothing, so tiles cannot be moved, renamed or hidden and App info cannot be reached. Apps and inputs open as usual. Hold ☰ Menu for 3 seconds to open Options and switch it off; a short press does nothing. lock=off in home.conf also works over adb (#100).

  It is not a PIN, and it cannot lock what Fire OS owns: holding HOME still opens Fire OS's own quick menu, and a remote's app buttons still work. The README explains.

Same release, outside the launcher

• New device report: Xiaomi L55M7-FVEU Fire TV (AFTANNA0). Thanks to jmcerrejon.

Install or update: ./scripts/launcher.sh (checksum-verified). No permissions on Fire OS 7 and 8, no internet access.
