- brand new setup page, with updated settings, a new look and translation support
- updates to French, German, Dutch translations
- Portuguese (Brazil) added thanks to @ClankJake
- add an optional welcome email for new users, containing their username and the server URL.
- add optional invite labels, to better organize them.
- incomplete translations can be used, english values will be substituted in.
