Notes

• 32-bit Windows ARM is no longer supported as of #912. The provider now uses Go 1.26.0, which doesn't support 32-bit Windows ARM. Terraform itself appears never to have support 32-bit Windows ARM (version index, support by version), so this change should be largely invisible.
• Adds support for "Group resolution alerts" trigger type
• Serves derived column reads from a cached list
