Doorbell and motion events reach the right accessory
Some motion, person, package and doorbell events arrived without saying which device they came from, and were dropped before reaching HomeKit. They now carry the device, so doorbell presses and motion on the E340, T8214 and wired doorbells trigger as they should. Package events reach HomeKit from beta.16.

Clearer messages in the settings page
When the plugin knows what went wrong, the page now says so, with the one action that fixes it:
- Signing in while Homebridge is already connected no longer asks you to "stop the active connection", which the page gave no way to do.
- A sign-in that worked but couldn't be saved no longer tells you to check your password.
- A request that times out says it timed out. The country field only accepts a two-letter code.
- If saving the settings fails after a sign-in, the page stays on the sign-in with a message instead of opening the dashboard as if it were saved.
- A plugin that stopped on an error says so and asks for a restart, instead of showing as stale. A page that can't reach the plugin asks you to reload instead of looking like a first setup.

- Live streams lose less video on a weak connection, and connect more reliably.
- A second realtime watcher no longer cuts off the first.
- Fewer needless re-sign-ins when several requests start at once.
