Fixes
- Restore widget and app alignment after the v2.4.0 regression. An invisible widget control occupied 22px of layout space, causing widgets to shift down and overlap adjacent apps. #7130
- Recognize revert-only hotfixes as patch releases. #7131
The board snapshot debugging feature introduced in #7112 is temporarily removed while it is reworked. Saved dashboard layouts do not need to be changed.
