This is a re-release of update that was revoked day ago, due to some installer mistakes and stuff

Addressed following new issues:

• Steam Deck OOBE now properly works from first startup, without needing to restart/login, scaling is still hit or miss, and it's the same way on actual Steam Deck, if there is no 1280x800 screen connected to it.
• Installer now asks for double confirmation of disk overwriting

YOU CAN'T UPDATE TO THIS RELEASE DUE TO SOME DEPENDENCY CONFLICTS. YOU WILL HAVE TO INSTALL THIS FROM ZERO

This release addresses following issues:

• Clockwise-rotated framebuffer devices should have their screens in normal orientation now, this is achieved by forking Steam Deck's kernel, and adding specific DRM rotation rules
• Added OneXPlayer (Intel) gamepad UDev rule, thanks to @ruineka
• pipewire-media-session is replaced with wireplumber
• This update ships Ark, separate update client for OS updates
• pacman DB links are now fixed, and should not be broken anymore
• Fixed updater not being able to overwrite existing dependencies

Known issues:

• MediaTek/AMD WLAN devices doesn't work, might get onto it by backporting drivers into Steam Deck kernel.

Preliminary NVIDIA support:

run yay -S steamos-compositor-plus and run steamos-session-select in tty2 console
This will give you inclusive Steam's old Big Picture UI in a session.
Deck UI won't work, unless Valve makes gamescope not dependable on DMA-BUF vulkan extensions
