Third, and probably final beta before actually stable version would be ready.
Changes to "Upper floor":

• Added noto-fonts-cjk for korean/chinese and japanese languages

• KDE is now following Valve's Vapor theme by default now.
• SD UI now shows ISO version and build:

Known issues:

• In this release, OOBE might not appear on first try, it might fall back to log in screen, to continue, just restart your device
• Report if you find any!
