Rewrite of the existing_renamer feature

I'm now leveraging the /api/v3/rename endpoint, which will return a list of files that need to be renamed, including TBA episodes or episodes whose filename doesn't match the existing mediaFormat.

I also added a check on the series_scanner to ensure that Episode Title Required is set to always
