Updated the testing suite to test against the latest Node.js release. Updated the project dependencies and ended up breaking compatibility with Node.js 7.x as the nock package had moved away from supporting it.
While nothing has technically changed with the library, it made sense to bump the version to 3.x since compatibility with older versions of Node.js that are no longer maintained were being dropped.
The documentation has been updated, but moving forward things will be communicated solely through the release notes as well as bumping the library's major revision number whenever support for version is being dropped. When simply adding support, the package's minor version will be bumped.
