- Automatic update checking for sideloaded installs: Settings now checks GitHub once a day for a newer release. If one's found, an "Update available" row appears at the very top of Settings, and a one-time toast confirms it too; if you're already current, a toast says so instead. Selecting the row walks you through downloading and installing the new APK in-app. Also this dot release will help me test the auto updater in "PROD" :)

- YouTube redirect (SmartTube) is now off by default. Turn it on in Settings if you use SmartTube.
