IMPORTANT!

Thanks to the work of ZAQraven, the Rigify rigs' limbs will no longer scale as they are stretched. The limbs will now maintain a consistent size. Additionally, OuterSquint and InnerSquint have had their range extended from 0-1 to (-1) - 1, purely for the purpose of being able to emulate funny GMod faces.
