This is a recommended patch release that upgrades fastify, undici and fast-uri to fix recently published security vulnerabilities, including high-severity undici issues that could crash the process or bypass TLS certificate validation.
It also deprecates the v2 block and burn-block endpoints in favor of their v3 counterparts introduced in 9.7.0 (#2733). These endpoints now return a Warning header that points at the v3 replacement.
