This feature release introduces new v3 endpoints:

• GET /extended/v3/principals/{principal}/mining: lifetime matured miner reward totals for a principal (#2705)
• GET /extended/v3/principals/{principal}/mining/rewards: cursor-paginated list of a principal's matured miner rewards (#2705)

It also includes the following fixes:

• Replace-by-fee detection and mempool pruning now account for a sponsored transaction's sponsor nonce, so sponsored transactions that conflict on the sponsor's nonce are detected correctly (#2698)
• Principal ETags are now invalidated when a miner reward matures or is orphaned by a re-org, so cached STX balances no longer go stale (#2704)
• GET /extended/v3/staking/rewards now includes the 2.0-era PoX sunset burn (489,352,064 sats) in mainnet burn_amount and total_amount totals (#2709)
  This release includes migrations that re-key the sponsor nonce indexes on txs and mempool_txs, add a canonical maturity index on miner_rewards, and backfill a new miner_rewards.reward_index column and a materialized principal_miner_reward_totals table. Estimated migration downtime: 2-5 minutes.
