Services v0.32.0 does not complete any HIPs, but does add the following minor features:
- Groundwork for contract isApproval flag and precompile transferring hbars
- Adds support for congestion pricing factors (fees.percentUtilizationScaleFactors)
- Externalizes system account creations
- CryptoCreate now works with ECDSA public key aliases
Bug fixes
- Curve points (r, s) given to native library are now left-padded
- Transactions with unknown fields are rejected (both in precheck and at consensus)
- PRNG synth body is always set
- Total stake always set at start of latest rewarded period when zero rewards earned
- Balance set on synthetic creation export records
- Public key lengths validated in auto-creation CryptoTransfers
- Treasury signature is waived if receiving NFT with a fallback fee
