Block Node v0.43.0 adds Application State notifications to the Application State Facility and extends RSAProofVerifier to support V2/V5 proofs. It also makes the MirrorNodeUtils and bn-endpoint-checker tooling more robust, and adds an operator runbook for Special-Purpose WRB Block Nodes.
