v3.16.1: Z13 Button support and Hotfixes

Adds support for the Z13 side button to open hhd (with a kernel patch), always writes 64 bytes for claw commands (fixes issues after sleep), and adds the new Legion Go S emulation mode under Steam controller (alpha; gyro has issues).
