Features

• Supported GC.AllocateBigArray<T>() and GC.AllocateUninitializedBigArray<T>(), including optional pinned allocation support.
• Implemented ToString() for the BigArray, BigMemory, BigReadOnlyMemory, BigSpan, and BigReadOnlySpan types.
• Added equality and inequality operators for BigMemory<T>, BigReadOnlyMemory<T>, BigSpan<T>, and BigReadOnlySpan<T>.
• Improved debugger displays so that it shows decimal length instead of hexadecimal length.

Improvements

• Reduced NativeAOT size by partitioning and restructuring chunk allocator dispatch.
• Reduced bound checking for better performance.

Fixes

• Fixed BigArray<T>.MaxLength overflow on x86 by capping 32-bit processes at Array.MaxLength.
