Set HF_VIDEO_FRAME_WINDOW=true with segmented capture and a long render holds far less on disk. Each segment extracts only the frames it shows, then deletes them. Segmented capture also checks drawElement frames against their reference samples now, and check --budget stops a whole check in time.
