HyperFrames v0.9.1

Released on 2026-11-02.

A Lambda render started straight on the state machine without a PlanProtocol now runs as Plan v2 instead of failing at its first step. The SDK and CLI always send "v2", so they were not affected.

Fixes

• AWS Lambda: A state machine input with no PlanProtocol defaults to Plan v2 instead of failing with States.Runtime (758759673, #6985).
