HyperFrames v0.7.36

Released on 2026-07-05.

This release closes the remaining Windows FFmpeg path gap by making CLI preflight
choose real ffmpeg.exe/ffprobe.exe binaries over shell shims. hyperframes render now avoids exporting ffmpeg.cmd as HYPERFRAMES_FFMPEG_PATH, keeping
the engine on the hardened executable-resolution path.
