Mario Kart Wii VR Port 1.2 — project moved

The maintained project and updated roadmap are now on Wiicompiled VR PLUS. This compatibility release carries the same Windows setup, portable launcher and Quest 3 APK as the new project's v1.2 release so existing users can update from this page.

Version 1.2 adds Quest 3 standalone support, integrates the latest port and OpenXR work, improves Wheel Wizard and Retro Rewind installation, and fixes startup placement, VR options and Quest rendering issues. Future updates and documentation will appear on the new project page. No asset contains a ROM or translated Nintendo game executable; supply your own clean PAL disc image.

The v1.2 roadmap also marks as done the upside-down race output correction, sim racing wheel and pedal support, higher menu FPS, correct hands in front of the HUD, view-based course-object culling, Bullet Bill vision fix, and optional movement with the kart. Hardware and track validation continues where noted in the new project roadmap.
