- Config can now be reloaded in the running app/server from the global menu or with
herdr server reload-config, applying safe live settings without restarting the persistent server.
Fixed
- Persistent server startup now surfaces config diagnostics in attached clients instead of silently hiding parse or validation errors.
- Pane backgrounds now stay transparent when the host terminal background color is unknown, while explicit terminal cell backgrounds still render correctly.
- Persistent-session toast and sound notifications now target the foreground attached client instead of firing across every connected client.
- Claude Code subagent hook events no longer make the parent Claude pane look idle or released when a subagent finishes, and permissioned tool-call completion keeps the pane in the correct working state.
