REQUIRED update for PBaaS and ⚒️ Merged Mining ⚒️ support
🕷️ BugFix: Apply new share target and/or extranonce when receive another job from pool.
🏁 Small speed boost on some systems (compared to v0.56.2 or older)

➕ Added new--api-portand--api-passfeature to gather stats or control the miner from utility such as curl.
➕ Added new--dual-poolfeature allows splitting hash between two pools simultaneously
➕ Allow mining to other pools, enables developer fee ( 2% ). No dev fee on luckpool.
