• fixed a bug which would cause the PiP window to appear when it should be hidden
• fixed an issue which would cause Pause On Lost focus to play the video when it wasn't meant to
• fixed an issue which would cause Pase On Lost focus to pause the video when in PiP
• added a fallback for linux users to log in when their distro doesn't support custom protocol handlers
