Bug fixes and improvements
Server
- Warn at startup when automatic CPU detection leaves more than sixteen Haskell runtime capabilities without a CPU limit, and document capability tuning to reduce excessive memory usage while balancing performance.
- Fix action and custom-type metadata becoming inconsistent when PostgreSQL scalar references use lowercase or PascalCase names that differ from the source naming convention. Both convention-generated spellings are accepted as unambiguous aliases, while preserving existing explicit custom-type precedence and backend scalar parsing.
- Fix URL-backed JWT key loading and refresh when admin-secret authentication is disabled.
Console
- Add refresh rows button, enhance performance and cleanup dead codes
- Console data browsing, schemaless source sidebar, row-permission editing, and SSO session refresh updates, with dependency and dead-code cleanup.
- Various fixes and enhancement for table CRUDs and data source drivers.
- The console now redirects to the login page when metadata requests reject the current credentials, and revalidates credentials instead of accepting a cached metadata response.
