- Fix Consul Enterprise Namespace Config Entry Replication DoS. Previously an operator with service:write ACL permissions in a Consul Enterprise cluster could write a malicious config entry that caused infinite raft writes due to issues with the namespace replication logic. IMPROVEMENTS:
