Bug Fixes
- Fixed class-not-found errors and missing log4j dependency in yahcli tool
- Mirror nodes now receive correct treasury balances when a node starts from genesis
- Staking rewards paid under correct conditions
- When returning an NFT with fallback royalty fee to its treasury, the treasury signature is no longer required
- The PrngSystemPrecompiledContract sets the op-specific transaction body in its synthetic transaction even if it fails for a reason such as INSUFFICIENT_GAS
- Zero unit token operations in smart contracts now charge less gas
