This update is designed to address the sync issue we introduced to some users while also preserving the fixes applied for #148 that caused the regression in sync, but fixed connecting for users with connecting issues.
Please test this and let us know if it has fixed your issues! once we can confirm we have those with sync issues fixed we will bring back some features and fixes we have yet to re-integrate, so we apologize for the delays we have been running on a skeleton crew!

(Yes 0.9.8 is skipped so that updating on endpoint is clean for those already on 0.9.8 that experienced the regression)

If Anything is not working as it should we will address it and ensure it is fully taken care of so we can go back to progressing smoothly. Harbor is a passion project and we have only put it out here in the public for a week now, we are super thankful for the tremendous traction and support it has raised but we are moving fast and breaking things in this stage of the project, and we where more geared towards the initial slow trickle we had and where less ready to accommodate the huge influx of requests and platform quirks. Once we have it on a good spot things will be smooth sailing for adding your more ambitious feature requests which there where a lot of :)
You have a plethora of other players to use, and they are all fantastic (Kai,Community, Stremio's official app, etc) Which we also strongly consider you use if Harbor is not to your liking during any given update. So we again thank you for taking your time to try harbor!
We will close Issues out in 24 hours or so (As some have been lingering there after being resolved) those with genuine Issues or problems please make a new Issue if we close your issue so we can properly keep track of you.
