This release upgrades the core stack from Cosmos SDK v0.50 to v0.53, IBC v8 to v10, and Go to 1.24, with automatic module migrations handled by the v1.10.0 upgrade handler. It also adds support for unordered transactions and extends the IBC infrastructure with IBC v2 prefix-based routing, ERC20 middleware for v2, and an updated ICS20 precompile compatible with the new IBC version.
Additionally, this release restores the multistore snapshot fix, resolves integration and unit test failures across ICS20 and ERC20, and updates proto/swagger definitions along with CI, Nix build, and development tooling.
