🐛 Bug Fixes

• 2FA middleware: Removed authMiddleware: false from Breezy config. Users who have enabled 2FA will now be prompted for their TOTP code at login. The MustTwoFactor middleware is active by default.
• Breezy migrations: Added vendor:publish --tag=filament-breezy-migrations and migrate steps to blogr:install-breezy. Required database tables are now automatically created during installation.
