Feat: Updated interactive search to return results from GetComics along with anything from indexers
Feat: Updated download-client logic to prevent cloudflare pages from being downloaded when falling back to GetComics
Fix: Fixed certain buttons or toggles that were not adhering to theme selection (Request Issue, Monitor window, Multi-select window, Grid/List toggle)
Fix: Add support for .part files so downloads won't fail from GetComics if a small disruption occurs, user can redownload file
Fix: Fixed retry logic for downloads, now downloads that stall will retry every 3 seconds for a max of 3 retries and will then got into the admiin configure retry time limit for a max of an additional 3 retries
