Share your look with a friend. In Customize > Themes, click Share to save your theme colors, logo style and background, images included, as one .mvtheme file. Whoever gets the file clicks Import, sees what it holds, and clicks Use this theme to get the same look. Images set from a web address are saved inside the file, so it works without the internet. Their own themes stay in the list.
Shared themes stay small. Share cuts the wallpaper to the shape of the window and shrinks large images, so a theme with a 4K photo fits in a chat message. Animated images are kept as they are.
Ready for the theme library. When the theme library on mechvibes.com opens, its Install in Mechvibes button puts a theme on straight from the website. The app first shows what the theme changes and waits for you to click Use this theme. Windows and Linux.

A theme file can only change colors and images. Imported theme CSS keeps only color and size settings, colors cannot load anything from the internet, and images are checked to be real pictures. Theme CSS is also handed to the window in a way it can no longer break out of.

Windows: Mechvibes-<version>-Setup-x64.exe, the installer and the only asset the in-app updater uses.
Linux (Debian/Ubuntu): .deb. Install with sudo dpkg -i. It does not add you to the input group; run sudo usermod -a -G input $USER and log out/in, or key events won't be seen.
Linux (any distro): .AppImage is portable, with no install step. Run chmod +x on it first, then launch it. The input group requirement is the same as the .deb and nothing sets it up for you: sudo usermod -a -G input $USER, then log out and back in, or key events won't be seen.
macOS (Apple Silicon): .dmg. Open it and drag Mechvibes to Applications. Ad-hoc signed but not notarized, so Gatekeeper blocks a normal double-click: right-click the app → Open → confirm, once. See README-macos.txt.
