🎉Highlights

For the first time in a few versions, there was some work done on the backend for a change.
- This includes a speed bump for mass operations (startup/reload data), that is up 15 times faster.
There is a new global menu in the top right corner.
- This is just the stuff that used to be under settings.
There is a new onboarding section.
The configuration options theme and python_script is now deprecated since there is no longer a need for it.
Most likely some bugs that are hiding in a corner somewhere 🐛 .
More frontend strings are now translatable 🌎 join lokalise if you want to help out with your language.

No experimental features in this release.
