Improvements

• Adopted safe-area-based layout constraints, replacing superview-pinning throughout the library (#1724, #1643, #1587, #1703).
• Replaced UIWebView with WKWebView in the demo project.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a retain cycle by marking the IQTextView delegate weak (#1743).
• Fixed scrollable UITextView incorrectly having its contentInset modified; now only truly scrollable text views are adjusted (#1723).
