Improvements

• Removed keyboardDidShow / keyboardDidHide dependency; all layout calculations are now performed immediately and consistently.
• Improved non-scrollable UITextView handling by simplifying validations and treating it as a standard field.
• Adopted UIApplication / view.windowScene.screen instead of deprecated UIScreen.main (iOS 13+).
• Synced recent changes into the Objective-C version.

Bug fixes

• Fixed several bugs caused by the previous "optimised handling" path.
• Fixed non-scrollable UITextView scroll behaviour regression (#1979).
• Verified fix for #1935.
