Description

Adding support for the ArcDPS Mechanics plugin as per /u/CaliginousFlame's request.

Be sure to read the readme before installing if you haven't already.

Features

• ArcDPS Mechanics Support - should work fine, but be sure to report any issues if they crop up.
• Fixed an issue with deleting a disabled plugin for ArcDPS for Bhud, still need to check a few of the originally supported ones to see if this needs fixing
• Tooltips with information about and author of each add-on
• minor UI tweak to accommodate longer informational text
