Addon Manager v1.3.0 alpha

Just checking to see if others experience any bugs or issues before releasing this fully.

What's new in this update:

Front End:

• folder selection dialog for setting game path
• installed addons are now selected for update by default

Backend:

• rework of how user configuration is stored
  • config is copied over from old format automatically
• eliminating a number of static classes
• changing where version information is stored
