This release is based on Jujutsu 0.46.

Added

• Workspace management is now more consistent with JJ: historical paths are preserved, git worktrees are included when colocated and Undo no longer touches operations from another workspace.
• Init and Clone commands create a .gitignore for .jj/ when colocated.

Changed

• Since JJ 0.33, jj undo has worked like a stack, with jj redo for replaying undone operations. GG kept the old semantics, where you could undo an undo - not very useful, but we hadn't got around to catching up. The Undo command is now accompanied by a Redo command unless you're at the top of the stack. It's interoperable with JJ, so you can undo from the CLI and Redo from a GUI or vice versa.
