Artist1; Artist2) as the no-space format introduced in v0.2.1 broke Navidrome parsing (#12)
Notes
Multi-artist tagging varies significantly across music servers (Navidrome, Jellyfin,Plex, etc.) with no universal standard. Further investigation will be done to improve compatibility — potentially through multi-value ARTISTS tags or configurable separators.
