Fixes

Added Payload Queue Logic

Payload requests are now placed in a queue and processed with a 5 seconds delay in between; making it possible to handle multiple subtitle issue requests

Improvements

New keywords list
Before the subtitle sync logic was triggered by monitoring for the mapped language keyword (along with 4k or hi keyword), this could result in cases where users would trigger subtitle sync unintentionally.

Example: User wants to report that the English subtitles for X movie are bad (poor translation, weird symbols, etc.)

To reduce the chance of unintentional subtitle sync, you can now add extra keywords to a sync keyword list that will trigger the synchronization logic. (you can add your own)

SYNC_KEYWORDS: '["sync", "out of sync", "messed up", "synchronization"]'

Example: English subtitles are out of sync/need sync/adjusting.

Dockerfile, docker-compose.yml and the docker image have been updated to reflect these changes.
