- added: Home Assistant icons of HDMI, AV, Component, DisplayPort and USB-C inputs bundled with the plugin, used when the TV gives no icon or it cannot be loaded
- changed: the bundled icons (Screen Off, Home, inputs) are dark gray without a background, like the input icons of the TV
- fixed: Home Assistant media browser without inputs on TVs that report the inputs only as hidden apps
- fixed: inputs from the TV missing when the apps list arrived before the external input list
- fixed: an app installed on the TV replaced the whole apps list until the next restart
