OpenTofu file extension detection
OpenTofu-specific file extensions (*.tofu and *.tofu.json) are detected by default, just like generic *.tf, *.tf.json files, which are used by both OpenTofu and Terraform.
This ensures that future incompatibility between OpenTofu and Terraform which specifically requires usage of the *.tofu file extension will be supported without additional effort.
