cloud-nuke will now delete Elasticache instances. If you wish to avoid nuking Elasticache instances, you can either pass in --exclude-resource-type elasticache, or specify a config file.
NOTE: This is equivalent to v0.7.5, but released as backward incompatible to indicate a new resource was added to prevent users from inadvertently updating to a new patch release without realizing a new resource is being included in the nuking.
