Fixes

No live polls for questions that already ended — a poll delayed by Telegram rate limits no longer appears with live buttons after its question was cancelled or answered elsewhere, and an answer that fails to reach OpenCode keeps the poll answerable with a visible outcome instead of being silently lost.
Queue buttons clear after a reconnect on OpenCode V2 — messages the agent has already picked up no longer keep their ❌ queue buttons on the reply keyboard after OpenCode's event stream reconnects.
Removed models disappear from the model menu — models OpenCode no longer offers stop showing in favorites, recent, providers and search right after a start or /reload, and a selected model that was removed falls back to the config model.
Deleted folders are hidden on OpenCode V2 — sessions, projects and worktrees whose folder no longer exists are left out of /sessions, /projects and /worktree, and a prompt, /new or /task in such a project answers with a notice pointing to /projects or /worktree.
