First release of Super Mario 64 for PlayStation 5 homebrew, built on Ghostship 3.0.0. No game data is included: you supply your own ROM.
What it does
- Runs the Nintendo 64 game natively at 3840x2160, in 16:9.
- 60 images a second by frame interpolation; the game's logic stays at 30.
- Converts your ROM on the console the first time you start it: no PC step.
- Ghostship's settings menu, worked with the pad alone: the touch pad's click opens it, L1/R1 change tab, L2/R2 change section, the d-pad and Cross change settings, Options quits.
- Takes Ghostship HD texture packs unchanged.
The ROM you need
Your own Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64, US or JP release, in .z64 format. The title checks it and takes no other:
