Experimental Feature: Scatter Backup Import

This feature is in early development and may contain bugs - so please keep all of your backups.

Anchor (during the initial setup) can now import backups from Scatter. It will import any networks and private keys found within the backup and will not alter the contents of the backup file used. This process may not find all associated accounts, and you may have to go into Manage Wallets -> Import Account and use the "Automatically Detect Accounts" feature to find any accounts that are missing. This feature may also not work with accounts based on mnemonic seeds generated by Scatter. Due to all these edge cases having not been tested, this feature is marked as experimental.
