Anchor - v1.0.0-rc2 (Release Candidate 2)

A second release candidate of Anchor, specifically with the following changes:

• Added support for Greymass Fuel.
• Keys can be manually imported under Tools -> Manage Keys.
• Added QR Codes to every unsigned transaction.
• Fixed ledger issues.
• Updated ESR/EEP-7 Signing Protocol to Rev 2.
• Fixed the broadcast button being missing for some wallets.
• Converted all push_transaction calls to use eosjs v20+
• Addressed one memory leak, still a bit of work to do in this realm.

Full update notes will be made available in the future. This release is the combined effort of nearly 6 months of work refining various systems, features, and user interfaces.
