Lots of work went into this release. Most of it isn't user facing, but the
build system has been streamlined and my life should (hopefully) be a little
easier moving forward.

• Fix issue where Certwarden would error if the ACME Server doesn't support
  GETing challenges.
• Address several CVEs.

• Add python build scripts for frontend, backend, and main repos.
• Added python script to process new versions of acme.sh.
• Add HEAD to acme.sh script folder for tracking purposes.

• Removed CGO dependency. Backend storage now uses modernc.org/sqlite which
  makes building significantly easier.
