This is a maintenance release with many changes under the hood to
help the code base mature. There are also a couple of bug fixes.

• Add Let's Encrypt root-ye and root-yr to the CA Trust Store.

• Fix for the selection of the previous order when generating the
  new order replaces value.
• Fix bug where accounts couldn't be sorted by their server name.
